Spatter Glass Pleat – A Northwood Pattern in Rare Blue Spatter Color
A member reports finding this shaker in a rare blue spatter color. It is normally found in pink spatter, with either a shiny or satin finish. Spatter Glass pleat is the Peterson name. Heacock named this pattern Ribbed Pillar. The Lechners retained the name of Spatter-Glass Pleat; they also noted that they had not seen the shakers in any other color than pink. A sugar shaker is shown in Heacock’s Book III.
