Description:

A tall, footed shaker that is wider at the bottom tapering to a narrow ring neck. The pattern consists of Polka Dots (IVT) on the inside of the glass.

This shaker shows the Rubina Coloration.
Inverted Thumbprint (IVT), is not a pattern but a glass treatment with the oblong dots on the inside giving it an optic effect. It was used on numerous patterns. The color names in ( ) is the OMN color name. Many companies used this treatment.
