Special Comments:

C.F. Monroe Co, was a decorating firm that purchased blanks (undecorated pieces) from other companies to decorate and sell under the label Wave Crest. It is also speculated that they had some of their own molds and had the glass made by others. This is supported by some shapes that are only found in Wave Crest decorations. CF Monroe Company was not a glass
