See the matching Condiment set, CSNO#0031.
In Lechner 3, p.80, a condiment set is show and attributed to Hobbs. It has since been discovered that the Hobbs Spangled Glass has larger Mica Flakes. The AKA name has been modified to prevent confusion with the Hobbs shaker.
