Description: 

Two long, pointed ellipses (snowshoes) filled with diamond point, joined at the bottom and spreading to an arch at the top with a concave button between, topped by a row of vertical fanned rays. This motif appears three times around the shaker and between each is a lower triangle formed by the snowshoes, filled with hexagonal buttons in cane work.
