Column with ring neck and bulging shoulders. Nineteen ribs around lower one-third; upper portion similar to SS No. 388 “Ladders and Slides” except the ladders are twisted sideways.

Decoration: Opal sets may have tinted shoulders and floral designs
Shape: column narrow barrel twist
Colors Known: Blue spatter; “Catalog image calls it “Rose Opaline”. (pink and white spatter)
